Patrick Mill Chief Executive Officer Read bio

Patrick began his career at the Prudential as a Financial Adviser before quickly progressing into senior leadership roles within the advice industry. He was Managing Director at Bradford and Bingley for over 13 years and ran the UK’s largest IFA network at the time.

Since then Patrick has held a number of roles in the advice industry before working with AnaCap Financial Partners for three years to develop its Wealth Management strategy and the acquisition of Wealthtime and Amber. Patrick has been Group CEO and a board member since July 2021.

Patrick is a season ticket holder at Tottenham Hotspur and tries to attend as many games as possible. He has two grown up children, Charlotte and Ollie, who both followed him into marketing and banking. When he isn’t cheering on Spurs, you’ll find him on the golf course or renovating properties.

 
James Slade Chief Financial Officer Read bio

James has over 20 years of finance experience and was most recently as CFO of Brightside Group another Anacap investment. Prior to his time at Brightside, James was Head of Finance at Friends Life Group, having previously spent 10 years at Deloitte where he trained as a Chartered Accountant.

Away from work, James has three children who take up the majority of his spare time. He is an ECB level 2 cricket coach, running youth cricket teams for his local club and enjoys a round of golf when time allows.
Lucy Bristow Chief Customer Officer Read bio

Lucy joined Wealthtime in 2018. She was Managing Director at Embark in her last role and has held senior roles at James Hay and Ascentric.

With over 20 years of platform experience, Lucy is passionate about delivering excellent customer outcomes and building successful long term key strategic relationships. Outside of work Lucy is a keen runner and enjoys skiing, tennis, theatre, and live music.
Eden Scrivenger Chief Technical and Operations Officer Read bio

Eden was previously Chief Technology Officer at Investec Wealth & Investment. She has an enviable track record in driving business transformation and delivering client-centric technology. Her 18-year career in financial services includes senior roles at M&G, Friends Life Investments, Pictet Asset Management, and Axa UK.
Vicki Baker Chief People Officer Read bio

Vicki has worked in HR leadership roles for more than 20 years. Working across a number of sectors, including retail, technology and financial services, Vicki worked at IBM, Tesco and Denplan (AXA Group) before becoming Head of HR at Quilter PLC.

Vicki has a strong background in cultural transformation and has a relentless focus on realising both organisation and individual potential. She is CIPD qualified with a diploma in executive coaching.

Vicki has three young children who keep her very busy, she’s a keen snowboarder and plays netball for her local team.
Robert Vaudry Managing Director of Copia Capital Read bio

Robert has over 30 years’ experience in financial services and has spent much of his multi award winning career in executive level leadership roles at a range of regulated multinational investment banks, wealth management firms and insurance companies.

Always one for observing the finer details, Robert has a love of architecture and especially listed buildings. He enjoys renovation projects and is currently working on the restoration of a Grade One listed building in Chipping Campden.
